REQUEST ACCOUNT
DELETION.
Account owners and parents or guardians can request deletion of their account and associated athlete data.
What will be deleted
After ownership is confirmed, the account, athlete profiles, saved highlights, applications, shortlists and private uploaded media associated with the request will be scheduled for deletion.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where required for legal obligations, payment records, fraud prevention, safeguarding investigations or disputes. Retained records remain access-controlled and are not used to operate a public profile.
Send the request
Use the account email address so ownership can be confirmed. Parent-managed junior profiles must be requested by the approved parent or guardian.
